Dear Jack:
The word FIGHT is not necessary. ASSERTING oneself is good enough. Can’t have well being without asserting yourself, standing up for yourself, demanding respectful behavior from others and not submitting to disrespect, abuse and bullying. How do you feel about substituting ASSERTING for fighting?
