I read your sharing and there is so much to your story, so much that is hidden still, that I don’t know much about it. What I understand is that Angela and you were involved in a romantic, intimate relationship in the past but she kept it a secret because she is not comfortable with thinking of herself as a lesbian, doesn’t want her family/ others to think she is a lesbian and maybe doesn’t think of herself as such. I understand that she may have used you financially to some extent. It seems to me that you loved her deeply and for a long, long time, that you have been loyal and caring and extremely so. You waited for her and accommodated her any and every which way. It seems to me that she may be dishonest and manipulative.

I do hope you get or got all the insight you need to get and that you place Angela in the past for good. Your kind of love, I hope some other woman out there deserves it. Your kind of love is rare, that kind of loyalty and commitment. You are definitely a one woman kind of person. I hope the kind of woman that deserves that kind of love will be on the receiving end of it as well as be the one giving you that kind of love.
