I read a very nice article on TB earlier this week on how to cut down sugars. I’ve been wanting to cut down on sugars and other things like TV but I kind of get back to my old ways after a while. If you’ll are trying something like that right now like maintaining consistency in your exercise routine or trying to get rid of something which is not serving you, please write in pointers here. Really appreciate all the help.

    Dear humour:

Perhaps try stevia as sweetener, preferably the liquid kind… non caloric and sweet to substitute for sugar? Perhaps very gradually cut down on the sweetness? Expect regressions, a zig-zag line of progress, not a straight line going up kind of progress (“progress not perfection”)

Progress not perfection is my strongest advice, the attitude that it doesn’t have to be perfectly executed, the change you desire, that it is good enough that over time there is improvement toward the habit you desire.
