Dealing effectively with one’s boss and co workers is such a crucial part of the work life experience. It has to do with how you feel at work and after work; it has to do with how much money you make- it has a lot of power. So as great as you are in designing skills, it is people skills that are extremely important, often more important in how much money you make and in your overall mental health. I hope you get more skillful in dealing with people, being assertive from beginning (first interview) and every day at any job.

Without improving your people skills at the work place, you may have a similar experience in the next job.
