My input is in the other two threads you started, a whole lot of input. If you want to reply to my (and others’) latest replies there, please do. Regarding this thread, guilt-tripping people into your life, promising sexual things to people so to get them to stay, and getting involved with people who already have girlfriends and so on, these are behaviors that bring you misery and I regret you have been engaging in them.
The healing you need should be done in therapy- first, stop ineffective, harmful behaviors such as listed on this thread. Then do everything you can to take good care of yourself: exercise, hot baths, meditation, walks in nature, etc. And then again, therapy: insight and skills, emotional regulation skills.
