Meditation is the key but when I was at your age I couldn’t do it as well I was simply not ready. Maybe you’re not ready .. it may come back to you in a decade or two.

Take a baby steps and don’t blame yourself when you fail.

This may help:
Instead -‘fuck it im not going to do it’
Try ‘fuck it if im not gonna do it than who will?!’
