Dear Jorge Plath:
This girl bullied and is bullying you and you are afraid of her, afraid of her future bullying, so much so, that you feel physical pain, as well as heart racing and over-thinking. Unfortunately she attends your school and your classes, or some of your classes, being on the same career path as you.
This is regrettable. Being bullied hurts you and this hurting needs to stop. One way to stop it, applying logic, would be to withdraw from the classes you share with her, and from the school itself, so she is no longer in your life.
Another way is for you to attend counseling and find out if you can assert yourself with her in such a way that she will not bully you anymore. And/ or maybe you can approach a professional in the school so that he/ she will talk to her and force her to stop bullying you.
What do you think about these three options?
