    I keep feeling the desire to travel around the world and help people in need, give to charity, protect nature and support those with a good cause.

    However, I don’t have enough money for that.
    I have trouble finding a job.
    All I am able to do is stay home and take care of the house.
    I feel stuck and scared and not sure what to do.

    I don’t even know if my desire to travel is a bit too much.
    Maybe I’m thinking too high.
    I don’t know.

    Any advice?

    You can do some of what you desire to do, for now. You can help a person in need, every day look for one person in need and reach out to him or her. Someone looks troubled or lonely, say: hi. You look so sad. Are you sad? OR, you look lost, maybe you need someone to talk to. You can talk to me.

    You don’t need money to do that.

    Yes, as Anita said, there are people right near you who are in need. Nature is need of protection all around us. Have you thought about starting a garden? You don’t need too much money for that. Gardens are not just for growing plants anymore; you can create a whole ecosystem. If you can’t travel to new places, why not transform your home into a new place?

    You can be a tourist in your own hometown. What makes you a traveler is not just going to new places, but seeing old places with new eyes.
