Dear Thomas:

You can ask your supervisor for details regarding what he told you: how are you not working well with teams and in what ways are you incompetent at your job? He should not only say these things to you but tell you the details, so that his criticism can help you improve your team work and competency.

Did he give you any details? Did he suggest any solutions or ways for you to improve?
