Dear nsa:
You have a goal, next, you push yourself too hard to accomplish the goal, and next, you get overwhelmed, give up and next, you hate yourself and end up “doing nothing”. Did I understand correctly?
If I did understand correctly, can you give me an example of a goal you had recently and in what ways you pushed yourself toward achieving that goal before you gave up?
