Hi Anita, I think you have made a good point about the pressuring part, especially this industry has a lot of competition and candidates. I don’t have performance anxiety, but because my ex-colleagues in another company underwent similar situations ‘re they received loads of criticism, pressure and flack for not meeting unrealistic demands they had to resign to save their sanity.

I don’t get insulted easily, but it’s more like how they implied I have never worked for a big company before and should be grateful they picked me. But in reality I have worked for major companies before. I have, as you suggested, read up on websites, employee reviews, some say they had a good experience and some say bad.

Is it ever a good idea to call back about changing your mind after rejecting an offer?
