Dear pete:

I am so sorry to read the bad news, the worst being that you were hit by a truck and as a result, you suffer from neck and spinal cord compression that cause you pain throughout your entire right arm. You are receiving spinal decompression therapy which relieved the pain for a day or two, but then it returns, and yesterday the pain was as great as it was before you started physiotherapy (aka physical therapy). I am sorry, pete! How is the pain today and when’s your next PT appointment?
