-reads to me like what I experienced. The way I managed to experience emotions that part of me didn’t want me to experience was during my fast, one hour long daily walks outside, rain, snow or shine (I hardly ever come across any people on my walk because I live outside the city limit and use mostly private roads). While walking fast, my breathing had to change from shallow and repressed to natural, free-flowing, expressed. .
The freeing of my breathing allowed for the freeing of my repressed emotions. I had quite amazing walks in this regard.
