Dear Lukas:

Good to read back from you, Lukas!

I wonder if anybody of you has some input for me in regards to cultivating Joy, thank you very much and all the best to everyone“- you are welcome and thank you for your best wishes. Yes, I do have input in regard to cultivating joy: it is 2:40 pm here and I am just about to go on a brisk 6 mile walk up and down hills, here outside the city limits (removed from to a large extent from “the consumption based business world“, words you used in your recent post). It will be a longer walk than my usual daily walk. Brisk walking, like other aerobic exercises, increase blood circulation, lower inflammation, cause the release of endorphins, and otherwise cultivates light-heartendness and joy. It is difficult to do when you are not used to it, but once  you cultivate the habit of it, it works!
