Hi I am new here and have tried anxiety/depression forums (my situation) but I find them negative (understandably) when I want to get my life back on track. So far I have been exercising, learning a language, going back to church (which I gave loved)and have now decided to join a choir as my doctor does not want me to return to work yet as my self esteem is wrapped up in work. This place seems really positive, would appreciate some feedback /encouragement. I am also doing some volunteering. Stilk struggling to love myself though but getting better.
