Most important, I think, is to learn from the experience. If having slept with him makes his current rejection more painful than it would be if you didn’t sleep with him, maybe a lesson would be to take more time and evaluate the person and the relationship before sleeping with a man next time? Whatever the lesson may be, to live more effectively- got to learn from what doesn’t work well for you.
