Hello fellow seekers.It’s been awhile since I’ve posted,however I visit the site weekly to read the articles and your posts.One thing that cannot be denied is that there is a lot of pain here.And not just here on the site but here in this world.
Why is that? Why is it so hard to simply be and enjoy what this place has to offer?
I’ll tell you why,because we’re all building castles in the sand.What do I mean? I mean that everything here is impermanent.You,me the rocks the ocean and everything under the Sun will all cease to exist one day.At least as it exists here in this “dimension”. A dimension created and sustained by duality.
If you’re not familiar with duality it simply means of two opposing forces.Just like your car battery there’s a positive and a negative and without both forces at work your car will not run.
And so it is here.No light without dark no left without right and so on and so on.
What does that have to do with your pain and suffering? Well for one there is a negative force in full effect on this planet that is working against our true nature.Call it Satan,negative energy or whatever you like.But make no mistake this force is the “god” of this world and we all live under it’s rule daily.It is the system of Anti Christ.The same system that has been in place since Rome conquered most of the known world two thousand years ago and probably a lot longer than that.
Almost everything we do from cradle to grave is to aimed at feeding this Beast.We are all forced to play the game leaving little or no time at all for what’s truly important.The devolopment of our own consciousness.
So when I say we’re building castles made of sand I mean that we all build our own happiness projects based on and within the system we live in. An imperfect and unsustainable lie.Of course the end result is going to be unhappiness and unfullfillment leading to depression sadness and a myriad of health problems.
My main point is that of course there’s a lot of misery and pain in the world it’s inescapable.There’s no magic pill prayer or incantation that can save us from feeling the pain.But we can approach our lives from a more spiritual point of view realizing that we unknowingly bring about some of our own pain by building unrealistic ideas in our own heads of what our lives should be.And when those plans,those happiness projects fail, we’re left broken.
In essence I just want people here especially the younger ones just starting out in life to realize we all feel this way,you’re not alone and you can help yourself to feel better.Here’s a few books to read if you’d like to delve deeper into the subjects I ‘ve discussed.
