Dear Seaisland:
Thank you for explaining. If this means you want my recipes, I will be glad to repeat what I probably already posted about my cocoa usage: I use dark Hershey powdered cocoa (10 calories per tablespoon). The way I use it, I must give a warning: it is easy to unintentionally inhale the cocoa because it is dry powder, so one must be mindful to not inhale it (or smoke it, or inject it, or otherwise snort it, same as inhaling). My next instruction is to pour cocoa and mix it a bit or more, different degree of mixing, so you can have a strong taste of it when mixed just a bit. Next is keep an open mind, or a Beginner’s Mind about what to mix it with or add it to and mix just a bit. There are combinations I have discovered that were never tried commercially yet and that I never heard anyone stating they tried those. I don’t want to gross anyone therefore I will not mention some of my delightful-to-me combinations.
Suffice to say, my experience with cocoa is my personal experience and I do not want to inaccurately project my likes and dislikes onto others. As you can see the world of Buddhism, enlightenment and Cocoa are tightly related: Mindfulness not to inhale has to be practiced as well as a Beginner’s Mind regarding combinations as well as peeling off inaccurate projections and seeing the bare minimum of what is real-
And what is real is Cocoa. Enjoy it, Seaisland!
