I am being made redundant, luckly I have other oppotunities arising so I am not worried about this. I have been honest and advised my manager of where there will be shortfalls and issues regarding workloads not being dealt with after I leave. I was just thanked and nothing has happened, I raised it within the correct process and still nothing has happened. I leave 2 weeks today and I am starting to think, why bother? I have started distancing myself from this but still a voice inside me tells me to keep trying even when everyone tells me not to. I will wait for 2 weeks and see if anything happens but I doubt it. Its hard to care when no one else does.
