    To be blunt.

Maybe you weren’t giving her what she needed in the bedroom. We all are endowed from birth, but that is not your best tool.

The good news is that those skills can be learned.

I am a 53 yo man, who has been through a teenage love that I thought then was true. We were together for maybe six months, then her parents realized we were sexually active and put the Kibash on that. I think it took me several years to truly get over that, but to this day, we are distant friends.

My next true love arrived around age 28. We were married for 24 years before she passed away in August of 2016 and I do not regret a single day.

I did not handle her passing as gracefully as I feel I should have and met a woman who I soon fell for. We were together for over a year. December 8, 2107, she broke up with me. I am still in love with her and struggling with letting go. The good thing is I am getting help.

    Are you still with me?

Here is my take on love. It often begins as unicorns frolicking in a sea of tulips and daffodils under a sunny sky, but then gradually, or suddenly that phase will fade… it almost has to. Day to day responsibilities come into play. There will be challenges.

This is when the one who really cares will be there for you. This is when unicorns morph into mutual respect and caring support.

How do you know if it’s love? I cant tell you that, but I can advise you to reserve a little bit until you have seen and can experience that everyday mutual respect. IMO
