I am having trouble with my relationship also. My girlfriend says she is not talking to other guys but I know this is wrong but I checked through her messages on facebook and I saw she has been talking to other guys behind my back. I meant her on a dating website and I have really never dated anyone else before I find myself stressing so much that I am thinking really negative thoughts. I have been to see two therapists and I just couldn’t connect with either of them. I am not sure what else to do… I am currently working full time and going to school part time. I have really no balance in my life. I don’t find loving myself anymore and I also notice that I look and feel depressed all the time.
