    Dear Fridah, thanks for voicing out on this topic. 🙂 Sometimes I also face periods where I do not have motivation. What I found to be helpful is when I decide to treat myself well like I am a special guest. E.g. how will I treat another special guest and I practice it on myself. I realize when I take the time and effort to honour myself, it really helps me in feeling more motivation and at peace with life. Hope this helps you!

    Dear M, thank you for sharing! I am glad that you find a peace of mind in stopping yourself from comparing to others. I used to (and at times I still do) compare myself to others and it gets tiring. It does take courage to fully accept yourself for who you are, even when you are comparing yourself.

    Usually what you compare with others on is an area that you are not too good in. I usually compare myself to others in terms of achievements and social. 🙂 After doing some work on myself I have managed to reduce my comparisons with people internally by a lot. Hope it is going well for you too!
