I have felt the same way. I’m currently climbing out of it now. 1 drinking every night takes a tole on you physically and mentally. cut back to only Friday and Saturday nights. Find things to do like word searches or bed early instead of drinking weekday nights. 2nd are you living with other people? If you are they could be possibly toxic people in your life emotionally dragging you down in ways you maybe didnt realize, making you feel exhausted when it comes to your own needs. If the Jobs you quit dont interest you or you cant work your way up for motivational purposes then it is hard to get in the mood. Is what your studying in school what you really want to do in your life? Did you go to college for other people or your own reason that you don’t feel motivated by anymore? It is okay to change paths in life. Find what you really want to do even if it seems to scary. Jump the hurdles.  Basicly it is just a rut I believe people our age and possibly financial positions are going through. Hope something helps.
