I think you said it best when you said, “I can’t work in this job for the 4th year running.” Go explore for you never know where it may lead.  However, advice of caution, make sure you’re exploring to grow yourself for yourself. Not to find someone else, because that indicates you need to love yourself first.  Always hated hearing that and now, many years later, I realized it was the truth.  Explore. Find your tribe. Love yourself and life.
