Dear blank:
Okay, I will suspend my disbelief that this is an authentic thread and assume it is.
What you are describing, again, is OCD. It is a disorder fueled by anxiety, ongoing fear. (I stated this before on this thread). This is a common disorder. On that site i suggested, there is a huge forum dedicated to people with the OCD diagnosis.
Like anything you read or hear, not everything is true. Sometimes people are mistaking and sometimes they intentionally lie. So you have to Critically Read anything you do read and ask yourself: does this makes sense to me?
As far as buddha: I am not a Buddhist. I don’t know what “buddha” means to you. It sounds to me like it means a judgmental god to you and you are afraid that he will punish you for saying out loud (or even thinking) the F word.
I strongly believe that you thinking Anything At All that you are thinking is okay and acceptable. None of it makes you a bad person who deserves to be punished. Your thoughts are yours, all happening in between your ears. You are free to think anything at all with no punishment from the outside. Regarding saying the F word out loud in association with the thought about buddha, I think this is okay too.
You are welcome to think about me, anita, and say he F word now. Please: say it, if you’d like.
It is okay with me, no harm done to me.
Read more about OCD, Take deep slow breaths to calm yourself, go for long walks to calm yourself. You will have to calm yourself because of the anxiety, the fear going on and on.
Meditate, do yoga…
