    Dear blank:

Unfortunately I cannot help you. I suggest that you see a counselor at the university you attend and talk to him/ her about what bothers you. Best wishes to you:

The Buddha absolutely forgives you, blank. The mind is a tool that we have to work with and for the most of us we make ourselves a slave of our mind without even knowing it and in times of deep fear and anxiety, it takes over and troubles you. You are not your mind or those thoughts that are troubling you, blank. As Anita said a counsellor will be able to help you calm your fears and anxiety and fixing the root cause can make this go away.

Your mind did not generate these thoughts, blank. It is already out, there millions and millions of thoughts. Based on the state of our own mind, we pick or attract certain thoughts. If you have a teacher to help you through this phase it would be wonderful. It could be just mild OCD which can become more during trauma. Many people go through this phase. Try meditation, counselling etc. Just remember these thoughts are not you. Just keep the front and back door of your mind open and let these thoughts come and go. Don’t associate with them. Take care of yourself

    Dear blank:

OCD stands for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It is one of the disorders that happen as a result of experiencing too much fear when you are young. The brain becomes overwhelmed with fear and that excess fear started the pattern of attaching itself to this or that thought. Fear starts a thought going and the thought scares you. There are online forums dedicated to OCD such as Psych Forums. One of their forums is all about OCD. There is a lot of information there, some of which is correct. Lots of people sharing their OCD experiences. You might find it helpful to visit that forum.

    Dear blank:

You are welcome. I don’t understand what you are asking.

You asked before if buddha will forgive you for saying the F word and if it is forgivable that you said the F word to buddha. Is this one of your questions?

If so, what does “buddha” means to you?

    Dear blank:

I suspected from the beginning, blank, that you are not sincere in this thread, that you are having fun with it, wanting, maybe to mock people who will take you seriously. This may very well be the case. I answered you so far just in case you are sincere.

The reason I think you may simply be having fun with this, is that you are asking if the buddha will forgive you for saying the F word. And the fact that you attend university, a higher education institution, and Buddhism is your … religion, and yet you don’t know that buddha doesn’t give a F if you say the F word a thousand times?
