How have you dealt with stress so far in your studies/ in life? What is your experience?

The plan you choose has to fit not what makes sense to a theoretical person, but to you, to who you are: how you handle stress, how you functioned in the past at situations close to what you are expecting (living in a hotel in another city away from where you are now/ working and studying at the same time/ changing your routine/ managing without close by friends or family that you may have now where you are, etc.)
