Dear Hareesh:
You were born that way, valuable, just like any person is born valuable. That value does not disappear or go away.
A person may believe he is a penguin (in a psychotic episode or in a dream) but that doesn’t make the person a penguin. He is still a person who believes he is a penguin.
In a similar way, you, Hareesh, are still as valuable as when you were born; you are a valuable person who believes you are not valuable.
