P.S. One last quick though comes to mind. Perhaps that is why the altruism helps. In helping others, we are reminded that we are not alone in the valley after all, and that helps to alleviate the loneliness.
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
