Hi Anita – I so appreciate the time you dedicate to the community at Tiny Buddha. You’ve helped so many people with your thoughtful advice. I am thinking about going back into therapy and you’re right about dealing with childhood trauma before it takes over your adult life. Thank you for your kind words.
