Pearce. As always, I appreciate your thoughtful response. I also appreciate you sharing your personal story.  What really stood out to me was your intentionality and consistent reflection. That is a good example for me.  People focused on growth are highly reflective. A quote I find informative from John Maxwell is “experience is not the best teacher, reflective experience is”. I am trying to cultivate this more in myself. This is why am interested in learning more.
