I don’t think that would be a very mature way to handle the situation. I respect him as a person and would never just stop speaking to him out of nowhere. He would never do that to me. He said he needs a lot of time to heal and that we should see where we are at after a year. I don’t think that sounds like someone who is ready to give up just yet. I’m just trying to navigate what the right choice is.
