To add:
I’m not being heartless. If you die, there will be no one to fall back on, and he WILL truly suffer then. Better to have him be pissed off and resent you now than be hungry and homeless later.
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
