You can give her your number instead of asking for hers. Not much of a chance that she will call you though if she is very shy, but not much of a chance that she will give you her number either.

Because “she always speak to the exact matters”- speak to her to the exact matters she speaks about, see if you can carry on a conversation with her on exact matters, then another conversation, maybe over time she will feel more comfortable to talk with you, and you will too.
