Being a CNA does mean changing adult diapers, feeding, people, real caregiving stuff. It is hard physical stuff sometimes in getting people in and out of bed or a wheelchair, etc. If you have the love in your heart to help people in need, then do this. If you thrive on talking to people and can give loving care, you will be a god-send to people in need. My mom had CNAs that had college degrees but that loved older adults and helping others.
