It’s been very difficult for me to understand, but I think I finally understand better: the doctors did not follow established procedures. In the U.S that’s a basis to seek financial compensation in a court of law. I understand that in Denmark, for one, there is a way to seek compensation not through court, and this may be what you and your family are doing. I am guessing that it will need to be shown through evidence that your sister indeed suffered brain damaged that could have been prevented if procedures were followed. She is smart, you say, and there is no visible brain damage looking at her, but her behavior (such as screaming, pulling her hair, rolling on the floor) may be evidence of such.

You mentioned in one of your recent posts that you never had a boyfriend, am I remembering correctly?
