Good to read that you have an appointment with a therapist tomorrow, Thursday, Oct 28. Make sure to attend it. It may be a good idea for you to type out on paper what you need help with: your symptoms and experiences, and take that paper to the appointment. Maybe the therapist will find such paper useful.

Also good to read that you recognize that your questioning of your sexual orientation is an obsession, and indeed your family and personal history of OCD symptoms, such as counting and doing things in certain order, are relevant: something to tell the therapist (and type on that paper I suggested).

Also, very good to read this: “Looking forward to my road to recovery“- I hope you post here about your road to recovery. I would like to read about it!
