Thank you both for your advice, and I am going to try to follow it. The truth is, I am extraordinarily hard on myself and often make things far more worse than they actually are. I managed to get some more sleep last night but still not enough, and I’m a bit out of it this morning so work will be fun today. Like you suggest, I do need to take a step back from myself and try to believe in my future. But it’s just so difficult, especially as I’m experiencing heart break as I’ve never had before. It’s so real and it’s so crushing.
