If she’s dodging the questions about hanging out, I’d say she’s not interested. She’s most likely afraid to say it and just ignores the question. You could just tell her how you feel and ask her straight out if she’d like to hang out or go out on a date with you. No harm in asking and if she says no, then you’ll know for sure. Good luck!
