Ruminator Ron’s motive is to help you but he is misguided so he is not helpful. In practice then he is not a good guy. He means well but as you know the road to hell is filled with good intentions. Can you imagine, even Monster originally had the good intention of making you get along with your bully older brother, beating you up so you shape up and be approved by your bully older brother. In practice Monster is giving you hell though… Even when everyone means well, so intentions are not indicative of good works, that is for sure.

I still don’t get Fed up Fred, is he fed up only with others or with the other parts of you?

So you would say that Monster is part of you, taking after your bully older brother? Does he have a name, Bully Brian? Abusive Aaron? Tyrannical Tom? ? ?
