* I am asking, Lizzie, because I am going through such. It is very uncomfortable at times and it was scary at times. I use the past tense because I am not scared right this moment. It seems to me that it only SEEMED dangerous but is not actually dangerous. I am trying to help someone who is just starting this process, or is considering starting it. I am not any type of professional and I am very interested to read your view about it being dangerous- I do not want to hurt the person I am trying to help???
