Sea Island, Sea is Land, you like the sea, the ocean, the tide between Florida and Georgia. Thank you for sharing!

Dear Ahelper: yes, memory of a past fear projected through the present into the future- well put, says I! Fear is a guttural emotion. Over thinking is a problem- emotions and thoughts intimately connected, feeding each other. Less people choose the route of rational logic when it comes to fear, I agree. The mind does move very quickly. It does need to be watched, observed. The trick is automatic thinking- you can’t watch it, that is “hear” the words when the thought is on automation and linked to fear. It takes time, insight and practice to recognize those automatic thoughts, those thoughts without words (anymore).

Fear is a guttural emotion, reaction. It is in the core of so much illness. It is not to be underestimated. “Every one of us has to find a way to live with fear.”
