I cannot believe my eyes: is this the Name I know? My goodness, what a positive change of attitude and I like it. I like it that you intend to use this thread as a journal and I would love to read every single post by you and comment.

I like it that you felt confident or stand up when you posted the above, very much so. And I think you have in you good reason to be confident, you have what it takes! And… do notice: feelings change. No one is always confident so please, do not get alarmed when you don’t feel as confident, or when you feel scared.. that will happen. Feelings are like the weather and they don’t stay the same.

You mentioned starting your journey, and a journey it is! Please do post again and again and don’t give up. When you feel confident- post. When you feel discouraged- post! The two feelings are part of the journey. There are things to learn all the time! The journey is about learning, seeing more and more who you are (and you will learn such good things about yourself that it is exciting for me to imagine how good those things will feel to you) and about others, the world we live in.
