Dear smartypants:

You took care of your husband, inlaws, parents, aunts and uncles when they were sick, over the course of most of your life, then, and now they are all dead. You are left with chronically debilitating health issues that restrict your life significantly.

What were the wishes of your dying husband?

What is the nature of your health issues (to the extent you feel comfortable sharing, of course)?

What would you do if you were not physically limited?
