I suppose it will have to be, in effect, a long distance relationship for a while. These 45 minute distance is way more than that because neither one of you can drive. Maybe she will get a license to drive and come see you?
Being honest with each other, affectionate, communicating effectively over the phone and online with her is much more than many couples do in person!
