There are tons and tons of videos on YouTube at your disposal. I usually lie down but it took me some practice to meditate laying down without falling asleep. I’m also in my early 20s and I usually try to do it daily (doesn’t happen often) and whenever I am feeling particularly stressed, anxious or sad. It helps a lot!
