After many years I realized that my school friend is actually not my friend. She never helped me and used me to come up in life. I feel scared and lonely and helpless. When I told this to my parents they abused me. My counsellor says I lack life skills. At this age ì feel terrified. Please help.

Hey, how old are you? If you are a teenager, then you should not take such things too close to your heart – this is one of the stages of growing up when people move away from each other or you understand what kind of person he really is.
Your parents did not behave in the best way, but you must understand that you are the most important person in your life. The fact that the person who used you will leave your life is only good for you
