I have dealt with depression since I was 10 years old and the pain is so hard to bear. I’m constantly having to go to therapy and go to hospitals to get checked. When I feel depressed I either eat, drink, or cut. Does anyone have any suggestions when feeling depressed that helps them get over the feeling of depression? Thanks!
