Affair/breakup/let go/painful

My affair with a married man ended recently as he realized he has to get back to his family .we can always find faults and blame the man. He waswbive to me. o Howe the exit was not great. We ended in December but he kept on ping until one day he went cold turkey. Even two days before he decided to quit he was intimate with me. He has deleted my no. It’s not going well with me …I am unable to move on.
