    Hi guys recently i ve been feeling like i’m unlovable. I have a very outgoing personality and I am very confident. Many girls  find me attractive and like talking to me. Yet, I cannot connect with any of them on a deeper level and many of them seem to loose interest in me after a while. This often makes me very desperate and makes me go after girls just to prove myself. Of course when it doesn’t work out, I get very upset. What should i do?

    Dear Brad:

    When you wrote that you “cannot connect with any of them (girls) on a deeper level”- what do you mean? Can you explain best you can and maybe give a couple of examples of a “deeper level” communication that a girl tried, maybe, and you didn’t respond, or maybe you tried and the girl didn’t respond…?

    First off, you need to realize that you are not the reason these girls are leaving. They must have something going on in their own lives that make them unable to connect to you. And that is totally OK. And second, you never need to prove yourself to anyone but yourself. Trying to please others is simply a losing battle no matter what you do. Someone isn’t going to like what you’re doing and trying to prove yourself to them will form self-hatred. Best of luck, love!
